California Customer Financial Incentive Notice

Shenzhen Xiaohaijing Culture Co., Ltd. (collectively, the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may offer financial incentive programs that provide certain coupons, gift cards, discounts, price reductions and exclusive offers to eligible customers (the “Program”), with or without our trusted partners.

 

(1) Substantive Terms of the Program. The Program is subject to the Terms of Use. Please see below for a summary of the key terms of our currently offered programs:-

 

(a) Discounts on pillows and sheets

 

Once you register your mattress purchase, you will receive a promotional code that can be used to purchase additional products such as pillows or sheets at a discount . This offer is valid for a limited time and is subject to additional terms and conditions, which can be found on www.Bezzze.com .

 

(b) Encouraging participation in surveys and/or questionnaires

 

You may choose to participate in surveys and questionnaires to provide us with feedback on our products and services. By registering as a Bezzze participant and signing up to receive follow-up surveys from Bezzze via email and text messages, you will be eligible for gift cards and other rewards.

 

(2) Information collected. We may collect personal information from you based on the programs you choose to participate in. This also applies to our partners. This information includes, but is not limited to, your name, address, email address, phone number, information about products you purchase from us, Internet usage or network activity information, your conversation and communication data, etc. For more details, please refer to the "Information We Collect" section of our General Privacy Policy, the "Personal Information We Collect" section of our California Privacy Statement, and the terms and conditions of the above programs.

 

(3) Value. Bezzze does not assign an independent monetary value to any Personal Information obtained in connection with the Programs. The exact value that each Participant receives from the Programs will vary from person to person and will depend on the benefits and insights we realize and expect to realize if you continue to purchase products from us, the sales generated directly or indirectly from participation in each Program, whether the sales generated by the Programs exceed our costs of providing the Programs, how many users enroll in the Programs, and the enhancement of our reputation. Bezzze calculates the value of any Personal Information collected through the Programs in good faith based on the costs associated with collecting and retaining Personal Information in the Programs. Bezzze estimates in good faith that the value of Personal Information obtained by Bezzze through the Programs is reasonably related to, and generally less than, the value provided to Participants by the Programs. Disclosure of stated values does not constitute a waiver of, and should not be construed as a waiver of, our proprietary or confidential information (including trade secrets) and does not constitute any representation regarding generally accepted accounting principles or financial accounting standards.

 

(4) Consent and Opt-out. If you choose to participate in any of the above programs, you can visit the website and register your product. In order to successfully register for the program, you may be required to provide your personal information. Participation in any program is voluntary, and by registering, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of any personal information in connection with the program. You also have the right to withdraw from any program at any time. To withdraw your consent, please contact us as described in the terms and conditions of each program.

 

Please note that if you choose to exercise your right to opt-out of direct marketing or the sale of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the Consumer Protection Act), your participation in the above-described Program will not be affected and you will continue to receive all benefits to which you are entitled. If you request deletion of all of your personal information, we will no longer be able to provide you with any Program benefits because we will not be able to link you to your benefits under the Program.
